I have stayed in health retreats over the last 25 years all over the world.For me personally the detoxification over three weeks assisted my health the most.In particular the cleansing of my lymphatic system from the daily treatments and diet has enabled my immune system to increase in its function.I have had blood pathology tests which show a substanial improvment.I feel much better and have mental clarity also.

Seethrama is a peaceful and beautiful place.I could not fault the staff their intention was exceptional and even after treating numerous clients day after day I still felt their kindness and thoughtfulness.I walked most days through the village for one hour leaving at day break, it was magic watching the sun rise over the rice feilds and meeting the same local people each day on their way to school or work.I loved the pool and swam when ever I could.Seethrama is very good value and I would not hesitate to recomend it.

I suggest if you go that you allow what is available at Seethrama to improve your health.Take you positive attitude with you as traditional methods of healing are not based on orthodox medical treatments.Stay as long as you can, get involved in your own healing...
